Day 1:

Day 5:

Breakfast: pressed lemon in hot water, one buckwheat pancake with one spoon of strawberry jam, two pressed oranges

Lunch: Sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomatoes 2 baked, full of wheat, a portion of cheese

Snack: 2 plums, 10 fresh almonds

Diner: turkey breast with curry, cauliflower gratin, 4 squares of chocolate

Day 6:

Breakfast: pressed lemon in hot water, one buckwheat pancake with a compote.  3 prunes

Lunch: cucumber salad at will, salmon fillet, and bulgur, a soy yogurt

Snack: A handful of nuts and 2 dried apricots.

Diner: Salad at will, a plate of Parmesan cheese and some strawberries

Day 7:

Breakfast: pressed lemon in hot water, one buckwheat pancake. 1 avocado and 1 orange.

Lunch: Green salad at will, minced meat with broccoli,1 slice of brown bread, 1 pear.

Snack: 5 Brazil nuts, a banana

Diner: salad crudites and yogurt dressing, a steam vegetable with a drizzle of oil, 1 slice of ham, a house compote apples and strawberries
